Brand new rooms located at resort. Full access to all amenities.Unit: Located in our Heron's Nest building is very modern studio style double queen room. Double queen beds in the room with kitchenettes , 2 burner stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pot complete with 1 bag of complimentery coffee and condiments, cookware, silverware and dinner ware. Sits on the bay side across from the maina side of the resort. Has a golf cart/ walk trail that connects the 2 sides lined with beautiful palm trees and lights that comes out right at the pool. There are 2 bbq pits and pavilions for the guest use. Large parking lot directly in front of your room for your convenience.

-PELICAN'S ROOST: Our suites are located down Carmen Lane. Pink and yellow building. Avaliable parking infront of Suites. (West Side of Facility). TRAILERS HAVE TO GO ACROSS THE ROAD BY BEACH PAVILLION. (Not in hotel parking)
-HERON'S NEST: Our rooms are located on 1866 Highway 1. Pink and teal building. Avaliable parking infront of rooms. (East Side of Facility) TRAILERS AND LARGE VEHICLES CAN NOT FIT THROUGH MAIN ENTRANCE. There is a empty dirt parking lot marked with traffic cones for large vehicles and trailers. Call if you have questions about this.

-Cancel within 15 days of check in to receive a FULL REFUND minus processing fee
-Within 14 days of check in 50% of total rent refunded (processing fee not refundable)
-Within 6 days of check in no refund and no option to rebook
-MANDATORY Evacuation or Natural Disasters FULL REFUND minus the processing fee returned

CHECK IN time is 4:00 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
CHECK OUT time is 11:00 am. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Responsibilities during your stay and upon departure. Failure to comply will result in deposit being withheld. Please print and read the attached for a complete explanation of all rules.
DURING YOUR STAY

3. PARK IN HOTEL PARKING LOT ONLY OR ACROSS THE ROAD BY BEACH PAVILLION.

6. NO COOKING ON HOTEL BALCONY
7. BBQ ON GROUND LEVEL ONLY DECK (Hurricane Hole Hotel has shared BBQ charcoal grills)
8. RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS PEACE (quiet hours in condos 11pm-6am)
9. DISPOSE OF SEAFOOD PROPERLY
10. GARBAGE TO DUMPSTER (All trash must be brought TO DUMPSTER)
11. ROOMS ARE NOT CLEANED WHILE OCCUPIED, ONLY AFTER FULL DEPARTURE
DEPARTURE CHECKLIST
1. Place TV remotes on the top/side of the TV (FEE FOR LOST REMOTES)
2. Beds: Do not make or strip beds
3. COUNT and leave used towels on floor in bathroom (you are responsible for missing towels).
4. Wash Dishes and Put Away
5. Remove all food from refrigerator, freezer and cabinets
6. Fish cleaning station/BBQ Pit need to be left cleaned.
7. Turn off all lights
8. Bag and remove all garbage. All trash must be brought to dumpster.
9. AC upon departure MAY to AUGUST Set to 74- / SEPT to APRIL Set to 80-
10. Key Return: Leave key card on counter or return to the main lobby. An additional charge of $10 per issued card will be accessed for missing cards.
Extra keys are $5 fee.
11. Check for personal items.
SECURITY DEPOSIT RETURNS
Security deposit will be returned once housekeeping has approved the return. The return will be processed 10-20 days after your departure date. If paid by check the return will be processed 15-25 days after your departure date.
